If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Description of AI Services

Nine Hundred Mounts LLC provides AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) and mobile applications. Our services use advanced machine learning models to generate content, provide analysis, and automate workflows. You acknowledge that AI technologies are evolving and outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The services, including code, design, and our proprietary AI models, are owned by Nine Hundred Mounts LLC.

Service Inputs: You retain ownership of the data and prompts you input into our services ("Inputs").

AI Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign to you all our rights, title, and interest in and to the specific content generated by our AI services based on your Inputs ("Outputs"). You are responsible for the use of such Outputs.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the services to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the security of our AI models.
  • Use the services to develop competitive AI models or software.
  • Infringe on any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Automate access to the services beyond provided API limits (e.g., scraping).

6. Subscription and Payments

  • Fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled via your account settings.
  • We use Stripe for secure payment processing. By paying, you agree to their terms.
  • Refunds are granted at our sole discretion unless required by law.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

OUR SERVICES AND AI OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

NINE HUNDRED MOUNTS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to the services if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services and access content may be revoked.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Casper, Wyoming.
